If you are planing for job search in UAE and specially in Dubai , Abu Dhabi and shariah there many opportunities of jobs. So first step make your bugged almost 500$ for a month to stay in UAE and if you live in dubia it will almost 700$$ for a person which cover it all expenses easily. Try to come on Visit Visa because if you get job in UAE visit visa allow you to change your status with in UAE and you do not need to exit UAE. But if you have Tourist visa which is valid for 40 days and can not extend you need to exit UAE. Visit Visa can be extend maximum for 90 days , The cast of Visit Visa varry almost 1000 Dhs To 1500 Dhs but Tourist visa can arrange easily in  500Dhs.
