Six Months Employment Ban in UAE

As I mention in my Previous Posts that i 'll discuss about employment ban with detail because it is very common in Ministry of labor UAE to impose on You a 6 month employment Ban if you terminate or you leave the job contract before completing your two years Employment contract. Many new Expat do not know about this ban and they face very difficulties, So my today Post is very important hope because there are many technicalities in this Law how a ban impose if you do not understand some point you can openly ask by comments that other person also take benefit, so come to point how a ban impose and how you can lift the 6 month ban. As i mention before if you quit your services before completing two years contract you will be undergo automatically a 6 month ban , but you can live in UAE according to your visa status , you can also get new employment contract with in your ban period but your labor card will not issue from MOL. Now according to new policy if you are a degree holder e.g engineer, doctor, manager or other same level and your salary in new contract is 12000 dhs ban will not impose to you. For diploma Education it is 7000 Dhs.
Employment Ban will not impose on you if you change job under same sponsor are change job in a free zone to other company which are in free zone.If the Employee has NOC from previous sponsor  he or she can move to new Sponsor with out a ban.
