Employment Visa & Work Permit For UAE
For living and doing work in UAE you need a Residence sponsor which in your case should your employer.Your employer will sponsor you and make a contract of agreement which shows all terms.Contract will be in Arabic Language You can Also demand your copy of contract which is in English. One thing which is very important in your contract which mention your trade and occupation if You are a qualified degree employee and status on work permit is a Clerk or other which never match your desire Qualification Simply Ask your employer to Stamp your visa regarding to your qualification because if you are a degree holder you can Enjoy full benefit from your employer. In UAE many employer make a contract with employee on Low Pay Package but remember if your Salary package is below 4000Dhs you can not support your suppose there.
So if you want to improve your living style you should know basic rules , never accept a job which do not meet your qualification.
